Measurement Standards
The below is only a guide. It is highly recommend that whenever possible you get a qualified seamstress to measure your dress size. You'd better get someone else to measure for you because of the inaccuracy of self-measuring. Measure with undergarments is similar to those you will wear with your dress; please keep in mind do not measure over other clothing.
Bust
This is not your bra size, when measuring you must wear a bra. Your arms should be relaxed, and down at your sides. Then, take the tape across the fullest part of your bust and around your back.
Waist
This is the natural waistline, which is also the smallest part of your waist. Typically it`s about an inch above your belly button.
Hips
Please measure the widest part of your hips, across the hipbone, which is approximately 7 inches below the natural waistline. This measurement is not needed for full gowns.
the hollow just under your neck
Hollow to Floor This is the length from your hollow ( the hollow just under your neck ) to your heels. (Take the tape from your front, with bare foot ). You should stand upright and your feet should keep together.

And my local seamstress did a good job altering the ruching to fit my chest a bit better, and she found your bustle video very helpful, and did a great job of that too.
Having said that, as you can see from the final photos, it fitted wonderfully in the end. So although it did need minor alterations, I would recommend that other people from UK use you, especially if they want an ethical dress. From what I\'ve been told most bride\'s have to have their dress slightly altered at some stage before the wedding, and as you hadn\'t had a chance to see me in the flesh and had only my measurements and the toile to go by, then you did a fantastic job!
